PLEASE REFER TO THE FOLLOWING BOOKING CONDITIONS AND INFORMATION
Martha’s accommodates a maximum of 4 persons.
Due to council and insurance regulations no more the 4 people are allowed to sleep on the premises at any time. If in breach you will be required to vacate immediately without refund.
A minimum deposit of AU$50 per person/per night is required within seven days of making a booking.
Payment in full is required at least 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date.
For bookings made less than 14 days prior confirmed arrival date, full payment is required within 48 hours of confirmation of booking.
Cancellations more than thirty days prior to your arranged arrival date receive a refund of any deposit paid.
Cancellations less than thirty days and more than fourteen days prior to your arranged arrival date forfeit any deposit paid.
Cancellations less than fourteen days prior to your arranged date forfeit all money paid.
Arrivals from 2.00pm.Departures by 11.00am (or by special arrangement).
Children are welcome
Bookings not accepted from any person under the age of 21.
Security deposit is required.
Extra cleaning fee applies if property not left clean and tidy and a no smoking policy applies indoors.

Holidaying with dogs,pet friendly stayz
House trained dogs are welcome by prior arrangement only
Bathed prior to staying
Must be on flea control
Fully vaccinated
Pets are not to be left alone for extended periods
Must have own bedding
Guests are responsible for removal of all pet hair and waste prior to departure
